Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please review our return policy carefully before making a return.

Eligible Returns

  • United States Only: We offer returns on all orders placed within the United States.
  • 14-Day Window: If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: All items marked as FINAL SALE, including “sale,” “clearance,” and promotional items from events like Black Friday, Labor Day, and Memorial Day, are non-returnable. No price adjustments will be made for prior orders.
  • Bucked Up Products: For health and safety reasons, all Bucked Up products are FINAL SALE.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, stained, or washed will be refused upon inspection.
  • Discounts cannot be stacked, and no additional discounts can be applied to subscriptions.

Return Process

Procedure for Returns or Exchanges:

  1. Fill out the return and exchange form
    Complete the pre-printed form included in your package (or download it [here] – insert link) by specifying the items you wish to return or exchange and providing the required information. Registered customers can also complete the form online directly in their account on our e-shop. If you would like the exchanged item to be sent to a different address than the billing address, please include this information in the form.
  2. Pack the items
    Securely package the items in their original packaging. Ensure the items are unused and undamaged, then place them in a box along with the completed return and exchange form. Be sure to include all tags and accessories.
  3. Send the package back
    Send the well-packaged box to the following address:
  4. We strongly recommend obtaining a receipt when dropping off your return. Avoid placing your return in a dropbox, as it increases the risk of loss. Without proof that your return was sent, we will be unable to process it.
  5. Wait for us to contact you
    Once we receive and inspect the package, we will send you a confirmation email.
    • For returns, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the package.
    • For exchanges, we will notify you when the new item has been shipped.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Costs for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is being returned due to a defect or damage.
  • For exchanges, shipping costs for sending the new item to you are covered by us.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only possible if the requested item is in stock. If it is not available, we will offer you an alternative solution.
  • If you are initiating multiple returns from one order and wish to package them together, please contact us at hello@manifestauk.com.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team right away for assistance.
  • Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for items that do not meet the return conditions.
  • Any discrepancies may result in the return being refused.
